Publisher payouts are subject to minimum thresholds, validation of conversion quality, and chargeback windows. Advertiser invoices are due according to the payment terms specified at sign-up.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in fraudulent traffic, incentivized clicks outside approved channels, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable advertising regulations or platform policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and platform content remain the property of Cointo. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Cointo a license to use it in connection with the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cointo provides the platform on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cointo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
